• Error logs and diagnostic information

We do NOT collect or have access to: AWS credentials, API keys, database passwords, or any authentication secrets used by your agents.

We automatically collect:

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Cloudship platform

We retain agent output data for 90 days by default. Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription and 30 days following account closure. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.
